Jon Frazier is a U.S. Army veteran and dynamic cybersecurity and IT  leader with extensive experience in server administration,  infrastructure management, and enterprise-level cyber defense. He has  supported both the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the  Department of Defense (DoD), specializing in security solutions aligned  with NIST frameworks. With a strong background in project leadership,  incident response, and virtualization, Jon excels at guiding  cross-functional teams to safeguard critical systems and ensure  regulatory compliance. He holds a Master’s degree in Cyber Engineering,  building on a Bachelor’s in Applied Science specializing in Information  Systems Technology. Driven by a passion for ongoing professional  development, Jon remains committed to securing the digital landscape for  both public and private organizations.

Sean “Chief Warrant Officer” Stiverson
Chief Warrant Officer Stiverson is a retired U.S. Navy professional with  a distinguished career in cryptologic operations and information  warfare. Enlisting in 2000, he served as a Gunners Mate before  transitioning to the role of Cryptologic Technician Collection. Over the  course of multiple deployments and assignments—including roles  supporting Naval Special Warfare groups and leadership positions at  Naval Information Operations Command—he demonstrated expertise in  signals intelligence, direct support operations, and strategic mission  planning. After commissioning, he served as the Communications and  Information Warfare Officer on the USS MOBILE BAY (CG 53) and later led a  Direct Support Division at NIOC Texas. Retiring from active service in  2024, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Studies and Defense  Analysis and has earned multiple commendations, including the Defense  Meritorious Service Medal and Bronze Star with valor. Sean’s deep  operational background underpins his commitment to advancing  cybersecurity and information dominance in today’s evolving threat  landscape.
